Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :05\/08\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                        S.SIRI JAGAN, J\n                 ==================\n                  W.P(C)No.33093 of 2005\n                 ==================\n          Dated this the 5th day of August, 2008.\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a declaration<\/p>\n<p>that she is entitled to continue as a Cashew Factory Worker till<\/p>\n<p>the completion of 60 years. Going by the affidavit accompanying<\/p>\n<p>the writ petition, the age of the petitioner is 60 years. The writ<\/p>\n<p>petition was admitted on 6.12.2005.        However, process and<\/p>\n<p>copies of the writ petition were not filed. Therefore, this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition comes up in the defect list today. When the case was<\/p>\n<p>called there was no representation for the petitioner. In view of<\/p>\n<p>the circumstances obtaining, I do not think that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>can claim the relief prayed for at this distance of time.
