A photo copy of same<\/p>\n<p>has been placed on the record by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>respondents. The same is taken on record as Mark &#8220;CX&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>              It has also been stated by the counsel for both the parties that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has filed application for quashing of the FIR No.45 dated 29.7.2008. It<\/p>\n<p>has been further stated by the counsel for the respondents that in the Criminal<\/p>\n<p>Misc. Petition for quashing of the aforesaid FIR, which was also fixed for today<\/p>\n<p>before this Court, the respondents have admitted in the court that they have<\/p>\n<p>entered into a compromise and they have no objection for quashing of the<\/p>\n<p>aforesaid FIR.\n<\/p>\n<p>              In view of this categoric stand taken by the respondents, I am not<\/p>\n<p>inclined to proceed further in this contempt petition.
