Respondents.\n                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   29.07.2011                        Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                      for the State and perused the order of the writ court.<\/p>\n<p>                                      The authorities have acted rightly to enquire and ensure<\/p>\n<p>                      that the person having more marks should be appointed as teacher, in<\/p>\n<p>                      place of the appellant who not only had lesser marks but was suspected<\/p>\n<p>                      to have received favour as she was daughter of the concerned Mukhiya.<\/p>\n<p>                      The writ court, in our view, has rightly refused to interfere.
