Notice to the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent remains unserved.      The matter was posted before the<\/p>\n<p>Registrar (Judicial) on 8-3-2010 for defect.           There was no<\/p>\n<p>representation   before the Registrar (Judicial) on that day.     It is<\/p>\n<p>consequent thereto that this writ petition is coming up in the defect&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>list today.\n<\/p>\n<p>      There is no appearance for the petitioner.
