By Ext. P1 the<\/p>\n<p>respondents invited applications for appointment of an<\/p>\n<p>additional ARD and that is objected by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>by filing Ext. P2.   The relief sought for is that the<\/p>\n<p>respondents should be called upon to decide on the<\/p>\n<p>objection raised by the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>    2. Being a licensee of ARD in an area, Ext. P2 has<\/p>\n<p>been filed by him for safeguarding his commercial<\/p>\n<p>interest and nothing else.   It is for the respondents<\/p>\n<p>to consider the requirement of an additional ARD and<\/p>\n<p>that cannot be objected  by the petitioner.  Since the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has no locus standi to raise any objection,<\/p>\n<p>I do not see any merit in the writ petition.
