MEJARGANJ, DISTRICT- SITAMARHI.\n                                                  Versus\n                                      THE STATE OF BIHAR .\n                                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.     25.03.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                    State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner is in custody since 4.1.2010 in<\/p>\n<p>                    relation to Mejarganj P.S. Case No.77 of 2010 instituted<\/p>\n<p>                    under sections 341,323,424,307 and 436 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                    Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Mere reading of the First Information Report, it is<\/p>\n<p>                    apparent that there is dispute with regard to land between the<\/p>\n<p>                    two sections of the family, because of which such aggravated<\/p>\n<p>                    allegations are made.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Be that as it may, the petitioner, above named is<\/p>\n<p>                    directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                    10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                    each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                    Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S.
