S.J.MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned<br \/>\nsenior counsel Mr.Thakore appearing on behalf of the petitioner<br \/>\nsubmits as follows :-\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tpetitioner wants to take out the entire coal staked at the place to<br \/>\n\tdispose of the same, as informed on 24th June 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tGujarat State Pollution Control Board, thereafter, may inspect the<br \/>\n\tplace and inform the petitioner as to the suitability of the place<br \/>\n\tfor staking the coal, and if so, then what steps required to be<br \/>\n\ttaken for staking the coal at the same place.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tpetitioner may also take advantage of staking coal at another site,<br \/>\n\talready inspected by the Gujarat State Pollution Control Board and<br \/>\n\tmay be permitted to stake the coal there with necessary arrangements<br \/>\n\tas required to be made.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tCounsel<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the Gujarat State Pollution Control Board is<br \/>\nallowed a week&#8217;s time to file reply affidavit in respect of allowing<br \/>\nthe petitioner to take away the entire stake of coal, if it is<br \/>\ncausing pollution at the present place.
