Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :23\/01\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                    ANTONY DOMINIC,J.\n               -----------------------\n                W.P.(C).No.2553 OF 2009\n              ------------------------\n           Dated this the 23rd day of January, 2009.\n\n                         JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner complains of indiscriminate sand mining on<\/p>\n<p>the banks of Kallukothum Kadavupuzha which is a branch<\/p>\n<p>of Muvattupuzha river.     Complaining this petitioner says<\/p>\n<p>that he has filed Exts.P3 and P4 before the 2nd and 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. The allegation in this writ Petition is that despite<\/p>\n<p>having    pointed out the indiscriminate sand mining, no<\/p>\n<p>steps are taken by respondents 2 and 3.<\/p>\n<p>      Taking into account the above complaint of the writ<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the<\/p>\n<p>respondents 2 and 3 to take necessary action on Exts.P3<\/p>\n<p>and P4, if these complaints have been received by them.<\/p>\n<p>Orders there on shall be passed as expeditiously as<\/p>\n<p>possible and at any rate within 4 weeks from the date of<\/p>\n<p>                              \/2\/<\/p>\n<p>production of a copy of the judgment.<\/p>\n<p>    Writ Petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                               (ANTONY DOMINIC)<br \/>\n                                      JUDGE<br \/>\nvi\/<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court K.K.
