Justice T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :29\/01\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n             ------------------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C)No.35747 of 2009\n             ------------------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 29th day of January, 2010\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>         The petitioner is the purchaser of 16 cents of land and a<\/p>\n<p>building in R.Sy.No.52\/6 of Nattika Village. The true copy of the<\/p>\n<p>sale deed is produced as Ext.P1.            Thereafter the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>approached the third respondent for effecting mutation.          It is<\/p>\n<p>the case of the petitioner that the third respondent is not<\/p>\n<p>prepared to act upon the application without any justification.<\/p>\n<p>         2.     The learned Government Pleader on instructions<\/p>\n<p>submitted that the averment that an application was submitted is<\/p>\n<p>not correct and if a proper application is filed along with<\/p>\n<p>documents, the same will be considered for effecting mutation.<\/p>\n<p>         3.     Therefore, if the petitioner approaches the third<\/p>\n<p>respondent with an appropriate application along with other<\/p>\n<p>documents, the same will be accepted by the third respondent<\/p>\n<p>and appropriate action will be taken in the matter within a<\/p>\n<p>period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>          The writ petition is disposed of as above.
