The said order reads as under :-\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mr.Majmudar,<br \/>\nlearned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw<br \/>\npresent Special Civil Application as the petitioner proposes to<br \/>\npursue the representation which is already made. Without expressing<br \/>\nanything on merits as well as entertainability and\/or maintainability<br \/>\nof such representation, petitioner is permitted to withdraw present<br \/>\npetition unconditionally.
