There is a delay of six days in lodging the FIR. Kusam, real sister of the deceased, is also married to the real brother of the petitioner who is too the real brother of the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased. It is a moot point whether the real sister would remain a silent spectator at the time of occurrence, particularly when the allegation against the petitioner is the he had been giving beating to his wife or that he is responsible for the death of the deceased. Mother and father of the deceased were also present at the time of her cremation. No post mortem examination was conducted on the dead body of the deceased.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.
