Fauzdar, PP for the State of Rajasthan\n\nBY THE COURT:<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tLearned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Misc. Petition provided that the trial court decides the case within a period of two months.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed. The Criminal Misc. Petition filed under Section 482 of CrPC stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, keeping in view the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the fact that the case has been pending since long, the learned trial court is directed to decide the case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order. This order may be complied with in letter and spirit.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tConsequent upon the dismissal of Criminal Misc.
