Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :05\/11\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                         V.GIRI, J\n                       -------------------\n                   W.P.(C).32751\/2007\n                       --------------------\n         Dated this the 5th day of November, 2007\n\n                       JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner, who claims to be the senior most peon<\/p>\n<p>working in the Government Homeo Dispensary at Ayilam,<\/p>\n<p>had made a request to the Directorate of Homeopathy for<\/p>\n<p>a posting near her residence. Apparently request was not<\/p>\n<p>considered and fifth respondent had been given a posting<\/p>\n<p>in the place of choice indicated            by the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner has brought her grievance to the notice of the<\/p>\n<p>first respondent vide Ext.P4.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>2.
