Delha, District Gaya.\n                                                                      ---------- Petitioner\n                                         Versus\n            The State Of Bihar\n                                                                  -------- Opposite Party\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   12\/08\/2011                     Heard Mr. Sanjeev Kumar learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioner and Mr. Parmanand Prasad learned Additional Public<\/p>\n<p>                        Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      The petitioner apprehends his arrest, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                        Complaint Case No. 1237 of 2010\/Tr. No. 2169 of 2010 for the<\/p>\n<p>                        offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code,<\/p>\n<p>                        pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, is named<\/p>\n<p>                        accused in this complaint case filed after dismissal for non-<\/p>\n<p>                        prosecution of earlier complaint with same allegation of having sexual<\/p>\n<p>                        relationship on promise of marriage, but ultimately, did not complied<\/p>\n<p>                        the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                        the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                        weeks, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                        furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>                        sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                        Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1237 of<\/p>\n<p>                        2010\/Tr.
