M\/s Nav Bharat Bakery &amp; Stores, M\/s Nav Bharat Hotels, M\/s<br \/>\nNav Bharat Food Products &amp; M\/s Nav Bharat Agency etc, all located at<br \/>\nJhansi. The CPIO refused to disclose this information. The AA vide order<br \/>\ndated 19.2.2009 affirmed the decision of CPIO on the ground that the<br \/>\nappellant has sought personal information and that no larger public interest<br \/>\nwill be served in the disclosure of this information.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.    Hence, the present appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.      Heard on 25.1.2010. Appellant not present. The public authority is<br \/>\nrepresented by the officer named above. He strongly pleads that the<br \/>\nappellant is seeking personal information and that no larger public interest<br \/>\nwill be served in disclosure of this information. Hence, the information is<br \/>\nexempted from disclosure under clause (j) of section 8 (1). The appellant<br \/>\nis not present before the Commission to contest the above.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                DECISION\n<\/p>\n<p>4.    The ratio of Milap Choraria case applies in this case and there<br \/>\nappears to be no infirmity in the orders of CPIO\/AA.
