measuring an extent of 4 acres~r\u00bb~ea4ch  uh’<\/p>\n
village, Hiriyur Taiuk, Chitradurga    <\/p>\n
of their unauthorized cultiidzation, they are  have i’<\/p>\n
made an application s.ee’i;ingu_regdIarisation as
\ncontemplated under Sedcdtiond  of Act. Since their<\/p>\n
applications were’jnotiiconseideredgfthey ivere before this<\/p>\n
Court: This Court by its
\norder dated.  directed the respondents<\/p>\n
therein to consider the application in accordance with<\/p>\n
  thereto, a list is said to have been<\/p>\n
 purpose of processing the matter<\/p>\n

the petitioners stand rejected  <\/p>\n

\npetitioner preferred to  the Assistant
