AURAI, DISTRICT\n                   MUZAFFARPUR.\n                                            Versus\n                                  THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/    12-08-2010                 Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In a criminal prosecution registered under sections<\/p>\n<p>                   363, 366A\/34 of the Indian Penal Code, one Chandani Kumari<\/p>\n<p>                   daughter of the informant was allegedly kidnapped by co-<\/p>\n<p>                   accused Jaggannath Sah , the younger brother of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                   The petitioner and other family members are said to have<\/p>\n<p>                   abetted and assisted in the commission of crime.<\/p>\n<p>                                 It is submitted that alleged victim Chandani Kumari<\/p>\n<p>                   has returned to her house and her statement under section 164<\/p>\n<p>                   of the Cr. P.C., Vide Annexure-2, was recorded by learned<\/p>\n<p>                   Magistrate, wherein she has denied the entire prosecution case.<\/p>\n<p>                   The petitioner is stated to be in judicial custody since<\/p>\n<p>                   06.05.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                   the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                   amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                   Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S.
