2.   30.6.2010                   Heard Learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n
                                 Allegation against the petitioner is that he paid six fake<\/p>\n
                     notes denomination of which are Rs.500\/- and eighty fake notes<\/p>\n
                     denomination of which are        Rs.100\/- in the year 2004 for which<\/p>\n
                     complaint is lodged only in the year 2009 and also there is no report<\/p>\n
                     from Reserve Bank of India and process is there about having<\/p>\n
                     permission of C.J.M. before verification of the seized notes. Further it is<\/p>\n
                     submitted that notes were never recovered from petitioner’s possession.<\/p>\n
                     According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, land from informant<\/p>\n
                     Rajesh Kumar Choudhary’s father was purchased by the petitioner in<\/p>\n
                     his mother’s name. Notes have been found fake by custom officials and<\/p>\n
                     their observation need if further corroboration from another expert may<\/p>\n
                     not be taken to doubt at this stage including delay in lodging the<\/p>\n
                     complaint petition.\n<\/p>\n
                                 Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is<\/p>\n
                     rejected.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
