Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :30\/05\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                             V.GIRI, J.\n             -------------------------\n                  W.P.(C).No.16225 of 2008 F\n             -------------------------\n                Dated this the 30th day of May, 2008.\n\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>         The petitioner, who is a Senior Grade Ophthalmic<\/p>\n<p>Assistant\/Refractionist, is aggrieved by Ext.P3 order of transfer by<\/p>\n<p>which, she has been transferred from the Taluk Headquarters<\/p>\n<p>Hospital, Nedumangad to the Community Health Centre, Taluk<\/p>\n<p>Headquarters Hospital, Chavakkad, Thrissur District. Several<\/p>\n<p>grounds have been raised challenging Ext.P3. In my view, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has an effective remedy by way of an appeal before the<\/p>\n<p>Government, which she has preferred under Ext.P7.<\/p>\n<p>         2. I heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Government Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p>         In the result, the writ petition is disposed of directing the<\/p>\n<p>1st respondent to consider Ext.P7 as an appeal against Ext.P3, in<\/p>\n<p>the light of Exts.P5 and P6 and take a decision thereon, within<\/p>\n<p>three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>                                                           Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                       (V.GIRI)<br \/>\n                                                        JUDGE<br \/>\nsk\/<br \/>\n            \/\/true copy\/\/<\/p>\n<p>                  P.S.
