                                  It appears that despite of indulgence granted<\/p>\n
                    to Mr. Anirudh Kumar Verma,               Advocate, for filing<\/p>\n
                    vakalatnama        on behalf      of the proposed        legal<\/p>\n
                    representatives of the sole respondent, the same has not<\/p>\n
                    been filed.\n<\/p>\n
                                  Issue notice in connection       with both the<\/p>\n
                    interlocutory applications, i.e. I.A. No. 2949 of 201 and<\/p>\n
                    I.A. No. 2950 of 2010 to the proposed legal<\/p>\n
                    representatives of the sole respondent under ordinary<\/p>\n
