RAMKUMAR, J.\n                      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Bail Application No. 1090 of 2009\n                      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n           Dated this the 11th day of March, 2009.\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>who are accused Nos. 5, 6 and 7 in Crime No. 30 of 2009 of<\/p>\n<p>Hosdurg Police Station for offences punishable under Sections<\/p>\n<p>143, 147, 148, 332 and 308 r\/w Section 149 I.P.C., seek their<\/p>\n<p>enlargement on bail.            The petitioners were arrested on<\/p>\n<p>25.02.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the            offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by the petitioners, the<\/p>\n<p>present stage of investigation of the case and the other<\/p>\n<p>circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to grant bail to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners.   Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be<\/p>\n<p>released on bail with effect from 23.03.2009 on each of them<\/p>\n<p>executing a bond for Rs. 10,000\/- (Rupees ten thousand only)<\/p>\n<p>with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction of the J.F.C.M-I, Hosdurg and subject to the following<\/p>\n<p>conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A. No. 1090\/2009                  : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>              1.    The petitioners shall report before the<br \/>\n              Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<br \/>\n              a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              2. The petitioners shall make themselves<br \/>\n              available for interrogation as and     when<br \/>\n              required by the police at any time till the<br \/>\n              filing of the final report.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               3..   The petitioners shall not influence or<br \/>\n               intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor<br \/>\n               shall they     attempt to tamper with the<br \/>\n               evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                4.
