The explanation (typed copy) must be<\/p>\n<p>                   submitted by the Office through Joint Registrar (List<\/p>\n<p>                   &amp; Computer), who will be also obliged to give his<\/p>\n<p>                   own comments for the delay caused, and who was<\/p>\n<p>                   responsible for such a long delay, and what action<\/p>\n<p>                   has been taken or is proposed to be taken against<\/p>\n<p>                   such guilty personnel.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                       List this matter with the explanation of<\/p>\n<p>          the concerned officials and the comment of Joint<\/p>\n<p>          Registrar (List &amp; Computer) on 10th May 2011 under<\/p>\n<p>          the same heading as a first case.
