Bali, J.<\/p>\n<p>1. The only point raised in this first appeal against the order is as to whether it is the owners who shall be responsible in paying the amount awarded by the Tribunal beyond Rs. 1,30,000\/- or it is the Insurance Company which is liable to pay the same. Mr. Bedi, Advocate, appearing for Insurance Company concedes that the entire amount awarded by the Tribunal is payable by the Insurance Company. In view of the fact that the claim of appellant has been conceded by the Insurance Company, the appeal is to be allowed. The order of the Tribunal is modified to the extent that the entire liability will now be discharged by the Insurance Company instead of owners who were fastened with the liability beyond Rs., 1,50,000\/-. This appeal is, thus, allowed in the manner indicated above.
