Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :22\/11\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                         V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n             ----------------------------------------------\n              Bail Application No.7375 of 2010\n            ------------------------------------------------\n        Dated this the 22nd day of November, 2010\n\n                               ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner, who is accused No.3 in Crime No.137 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>of Vechoochira Police Station for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 201, 473, 379 &amp; 34 I.P.C., seeks anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature. But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>interrogation and then to have his application for bail considered<\/p>\n<p>by the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>shall surrender before the investigating officer on 03\/12\/2010 or<\/p>\n<p>on 04\/12\/2010 for the purpose of interrogation and recovery of<\/p>\n<p>incriminating material, if any.
