In the event of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>responding to the notice within a period of one month from<\/p>\n<p>today, the matter will be duly considered by the 5th respondent<\/p>\n<p>with notice to the petitioner and any other affected party,<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously.
