Afzal\nRespondent Counsel :- C.S.C.,Shadab Ali,Vivek Varma\n\nHon'ble Dilip Gupta,J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>The sole relief pressed for by learned counsel for the petitioner in<br \/>\nboth the petitions is that the elections of the Committee of<br \/>\nManagement of the Shri Ganga Ram Dharmarth Trust Shiksha<br \/>\nSamiti Bhagirathi Devi Mahavidyalaya Mandi Dhanuara should be<br \/>\nconducted very expeditiously pursuant to the directions issued by<br \/>\nthe Registrar of the Mahatama Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand<br \/>\nUniversity, Bareilly (hereinafter referred to as the &#8216;University&#8217;) on<br \/>\n25th August, 2009<\/p>\n<p>I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Vivek<br \/>\nVarma, learned counsel appearing for the University.\n<\/p>\n<p>A perusal of the order dated 25th August, 2009 issued by the<br \/>\nRegistrar of the University indicates that the Vice Chancellor of<br \/>\nthe University has constituted a Committee of three members to<br \/>\nhold the elections of the Committee of Management of the<br \/>\naforesaid Society.\n<\/p>\n<p>The grievance raised in both these petitions is that despite the<br \/>\naforesaid directions issued by the Vice Chancellor of the<br \/>\nUniversity, the elections have not been held.\n<\/p>\n<p>These petitions are, therefore, disposed of with a direction that the<br \/>\nthree member Committee constituted by the Vice Chancellor of the<br \/>\nUniversity, as notified by the Registrar of the University by the<br \/>\norder dated 25th August, 2009, shall make all endeavours to hold<br \/>\nthe elections of the Committee of Management of the Society as<br \/>\nexpeditiously as is possible and in all circumstances conclude the<br \/>\n proceedings within six weeks from the date a certified copy of this<br \/>\norder is placed before the Registrar of the University who shall<br \/>\ncommunicate it to the said Committee.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order Date :- 8.1.2010<br \/>\nSK\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Allahabad High Court Shri Ganga Ram Dharmarth Trust vs State Of U.P. &amp; Others on 8 January, 2010 Court No. &#8211; 39 Case :- WRIT &#8211; C No. &#8211; 71057 of 2009 Petitioner :- Shri Ganga Ram Dharmarth Trust Respondent :- State Of U.P. &amp; Others Petitioner Counsel :- A.D.
