GUPTA, ADVOCATE FOR THE RESPONDENTS.<\/p>\n<p>ASHUTOSH MOHUNTA, J.(ORAL)<\/p>\n<p>             The petitioner has prayed for setting aside the charge-sheets as<\/p>\n<p>enumerated in Annexure P-2.        Counsel for respondents states that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner who was working as Assistant Grade III in the FCI was served<\/p>\n<p>with 15 separate charge-sheets, the details of which have been given in<\/p>\n<p>Annexure R-1.
