Already   an   interim<\/p>\n<p>order   of   protection   was     granted   on   7.12.2006.       The   above<\/p>\n<p>interim order dated 7.12.2006 is made absolute without prejudice<\/p>\n<p>to  the rights  of the workers  or unions  in  approaching the labour<\/p>\n<p>authorities   as   per   the   Head   load   worker&#8217;s   Act.
