Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>declaring that the directions issued by this court in the<\/p>\n<p>above judgment is applicable to the case of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>herein also. Third respondent shall depute the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>for training subject to the directions issued in the<\/p>\n<p>aforementioned judgment, along with the batch which is<\/p>\n<p>already undergoing      training.
