Case No. 237\/2009<\/p>\n<p>                   for the offences under Sections 302\/201 and 34 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional Chief<\/p>\n<p>                   Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, District &#8211; Nalanda.<\/p>\n<p>                             After some arguments, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application<\/p>\n<p>                   with a liberty to surrender before the court below within a<\/p>\n<p>                   fortnight and seek regular bail. Permission is granted.
