RAMKUMAR, J.\n        =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                       B.A. No. 1359 of 2009\n        =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n            Dated this the 20th day of March, 2009\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner who is the accused in Crime No. 41\/2009 of<\/p>\n<p>Murikkassery Police Station for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>sections 452, 506(ii) and 294(b) IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature.   But at the same time,       I am inclined to permit the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of interrogation and then to have his application for bail<\/p>\n<p>considered by the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner shall surrender before the investigating officer on<\/p>\n<p>any day between 25-3-2009 and 27-3-2009 for the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>interrogation and recovery of incriminating material, if any. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner shall thereafter be produced on the same day before<\/p>\n<p>the Magistrate and he shall be released on bail.<\/p>\n<p>      This petition is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                            V.
