The alleged offence is under Section 55(a) of the Abkari Act.<\/p>\n<p>According to prosecution, the petitioner was found in possession of 5<\/p>\n<p>litres of arrack and he was arrested on 13.6.2008. He is in judicial<\/p>\n<p>custody since then.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that he has no objection<\/p>\n<p>in granting bail on conditions.<\/p>\n<p>      Hence, the petitioner is granted bail on the following terms and<\/p>\n<p>conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>      i)     Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000\/- with<\/p>\n<p>            two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the<\/p>\n<p>            satisfaction of the Magistrate Court concerned.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      ii)  Petitioner shall report before the investigating officer<\/p>\n<p>            on every Monday and Thursday between 10 AM and 1<\/p>\n<p>            PM until further orders.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      iii).
