Justice T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :06\/08\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n      KURIAN JOSEPH &amp; T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR,JJ.\n             -----------------------------------------\n                    W.P(C)No.4100 of 2007\n             -----------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 6th day of August, 2007\n\n                              JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph,J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:-<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             (i)   to direct the Family Court, Nedumangadu to<br \/>\n             keep the proceedings in E.P.No.96\/05 which arose<br \/>\n             from     O.S.No.536\/2000          of   Family    Court,<br \/>\n             Thiruvananthapuram in abeyance till a decision is<br \/>\n             taken on Exts.P7 and P8 by the Family Court,<br \/>\n             Thiruvananthapuram.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Notice to the respondents has been returned unserved as &#8220;not<\/p>\n<p>known&#8221;. Thereafter by order dated 19-7-2007 we directed the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to serve notice on the counsel appearing before the<\/p>\n<p>Family Court. On 27-7-2007 we again issued a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to serve notice on the counsel        for the respondents<\/p>\n<p>appearing before the Family Court, showing that the case is<\/p>\n<p>posted before this court on 1-8-2007. It is brought to our notice<\/p>\n<p>that notice has been served on the counsel appearing before the<\/p>\n<p>Family Court. Despite such steps taken for service of notice on<\/p>\n<p>the respondents, there is no appearance for the respondents.<\/p>\n<p>W.P(C)No.4100 of 2007<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>There is an interim order since 19-7-2007.
