Respondents<\/p>\n<p>\tPetition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call  for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 27.06.2006 in BDFGISV No.22\/2006 against the petitioner&#8217;s husband Sathasivam, male, aged 40, son of Munusamy, who is confined at Central Prison, Chennai, set aside the same and direct the respondent to produce him before this Court and set him at liberty.<\/p>\n<p> \tFor Petitioner\t: Mr.L.Chandrakumar<\/p>\n<p>\tFor Respondents\t: Mr.M.Babu Muthu Meeran<br \/>\n\t                   Addl. Public Prosecutor<\/p>\n<p>O R D E R <\/p>\n<p>(Order of the Court was made by P.SATHASIVAM,J.)\t<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for  respondents  reports   that  the  detention  order  has  been  revoked  by  the  Government  in G.O.Rt.No.1447 Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department dated 28.07.2006 and hence, as on date nothing survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition.<\/p>\n<p>\t2.
