No.421 of 2011\n                                     MEENA DEVI\n                                         Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3   28.03.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as<\/p>\n<p>                  well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the<\/p>\n<p>                  State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                  Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 139 of 2009 registered under<\/p>\n<p>                  Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                               Allegedly,   petitioner   took   away   the<\/p>\n<p>                  informant&#8217;s daughter and after that she is still<\/p>\n<p>                  traceless.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It would appear from perusal of the case<\/p>\n<p>                  diary as well as impugned order that the victim had<\/p>\n<p>                  illicit relationship with one Mukesh Sah who was,<\/p>\n<p>                  subsequently, sent in jail in connection with rape of<\/p>\n<p>                  the victim.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The contention of learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner is that the in-laws of informant&#8217;s daughter<\/p>\n<p>                  had chided the victim for the above stated illicit<\/p>\n<p>                  relationship and being annoyed she consumed poison<\/p>\n<p>                  and, thereafter, her dead body was thrown by her in-<\/p>\n<p>                  laws in river and taking the advantage of the aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                  incident, the informant lodged this case implicating<\/p>\n<p>                  the petitioner also.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              Considering     the   aforesaid   facts   and<\/p>\n<p>     circumstances as well as submissions of the parties,<\/p>\n<p>     let the petitioner, namely, Meena Devi be released on<\/p>\n<p>     bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000\/-(Ten<\/p>\n<p>     Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each,<\/p>\n<p>     to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>     Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S.
