The Appellant filed his RTI application dt.27.10.08 with the CPIO, BSNL,<br \/>\n      Ranchi. He requested for information against 3 points regarding the recharge<br \/>\n      vouchers between the period 27.12.06 and 2.5.08.        The CPIO replied on<br \/>\n      14.11.08 stating that requisite information has been called for from the<br \/>\n      concerned section.      After receipt of the report from the concerned unit,<br \/>\n      necessary decision will be taken at this end.   The applicant filed an appeal<br \/>\n      dt.27.11.08 with the Appellate Authority. The Appellate Authority replied on<br \/>\n      30.12.08 enclosing the details of account history of Mobile No.9430362885.<br \/>\n      The applicant filed a second appeal dt.23.1.09 before CIC stating that he has<br \/>\n      received the incomplete information.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.    The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the<br \/>\n      hearing on June 3, 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.    Mr. Amrendra Kumar, DGM, Hazaribagh cum CPIO, Mr. Bishnu Deo Jha, AGM<br \/>\n      and Mr. Shashi Bhushan Choudhary, S.D.(Mobile), Hazaribagh represented<br \/>\n      the Public Authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.    The Appellant was not present during the hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision<\/p>\n<p>5.    The Respondent submitted that there was a delay in getting the information<br \/>\n      from Kolkata via Ranchi and therefore the information was furnished to the<br \/>\n      Appellant on 30.12.08 after the mandatory period of 30 days. Meanwhile, the<br \/>\n      Appellant filed his first appeal on 27.11.08 to which the Appellate Authority<br \/>\n      replied on 30.12.08 enclosing the information received from Kolkata office.<br \/>\n      The Respondent further stated that in response to the second appeal the<br \/>\n       information in a clearer format was provided to the Appellant on 1.6.09 with<br \/>\n      further clarification and the Appellant seems satisfied with the information.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.
