Even    according          to     informant<\/p>\n<p>                   nobody    has    seen    the       occurrence.       It<\/p>\n<p>                   has been mentioned in paragraph 8 of<\/p>\n<p>                   this application that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   is a man of fair antecedent.\n<\/p>\n<pre>                            Considering           the        facts     and\n\n                   circumstances      of        the    case,    let    the\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                       2<\/span>\n\n\n\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>          above named petitioner be released on<\/p>\n<p>          bail   on   furnishing        bail   bond   of<\/p>\n<p>          Rs.10,000\/-(Rupees ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>          two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>          to the satisfaction of learned Chief<\/p>\n<p>          Judicial        Magistrate,      Patna      in<\/p>\n<p>          Kankarbagh P.S.Case No. 217 of           2011.<\/p>\n<p>Tahir\/-                   (Shyam Kishore Sharma, J.)\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
