RAMKUMAR, J.\n                  -----------------------------------\n                Bail Application No. 1333 of 2009\n                   ----------------------------------\n            Dated this the 20th day of March, 2009.\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners who are the accused Nos. 1 to 3 in Crime No.65 of<\/p>\n<p>2009 of Karamana Police Station for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 381 and 34 I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature. But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>interrogation and then to have their application for bail considered by<\/p>\n<p>the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the petitioners shall<\/p>\n<p>surrender before the investigating officer on any day          between<\/p>\n<p>25.03.2009 and 27.03.2009 for the purpose of interrogation and<\/p>\n<p>recovery of incriminating material,      if any.
