The<\/p>\n<p>appellant   in   the   above   appeals   has   paid   an   amount   of  Rs.1.25<\/p>\n<p>lakhs   to   the   respondent   and   she   has   received   the   same.     It   is<\/p>\n<p>submitted   that   nothing   survives   as   far   as   these   appeals   are<\/p>\n<p>concerned.
