Justice T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :20\/03\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n               T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR,J.\n                      -------------------------\n                  W.P ( C) No.5809 of 2009\n                     --------------------------\n              Dated this the 20th March,2009\n\n                       J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner retired from service on 30.4.2007<\/p>\n<p>while working as Ist Grade Overseer, PWD Electrical<\/p>\n<p>Section III, Medical College, Kozhikode. The main relief<\/p>\n<p>sought for in the writ petition is for a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>respondents to disburse the DCRG sanctioned as per<\/p>\n<p>Exhibit-P3.  The amount could not be withdrawn for want<\/p>\n<p>of issuance of NLC.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.   Today, when the matter came up for further<\/p>\n<p>hearing, learned Government Pleader submitted that<\/p>\n<p>NLC has been issued by the Principal Medical College,<\/p>\n<p>Calicut on 27.2.2009. Further action at the end of the<\/p>\n<p>Chief Engineer will be completed within a period of three<\/p>\n<p>weeks from today to enable the petitioner to draw the<\/p>\n<p>amount.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Petitioner has got a further claim for the grant<\/p>\n<p>of interest for the delay in payment of the DCRG.
