Jha, Advocate.\n                   For the State         : APP.\n                                         ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/   24.10.2011                        Heard        learned        Counsel        for       the<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                        The petitioner is accused of the<\/p>\n<p>                        case registered under Sections 302, 201\/34 of<\/p>\n<p>                        the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        The informant&#8217;s daughter Geeta Devi<\/p>\n<p>                        was    married        in   the       year    2005       with     Ashok<\/p>\n<p>                        Yadav, son of the petitioner. Out of wedlock<\/p>\n<p>                        a girl child was born who was of one year.<\/p>\n<p>                        The informant&#8217;s daughter used to tell that<\/p>\n<p>                        she was being tortured by her in-laws. After<\/p>\n<p>                        the    informant&#8217;s          daughter        become       traceless,<\/p>\n<p>                        the    petitioner          went      to   the     house        of   the<\/p>\n<p>                        informant and told about her disappearance.<\/p>\n<p>                        Subsequently, her dead body was found which<\/p>\n<p>                        was found lying in a well.\n<\/p>\n<pre>                                        Submission           is      that        the        very\n\n                        narration        of    the     post-mortem           report      shows\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>                        that there was no ante-mortem injury. Offence<\/p>\n<p>                        of    the    petitioner         is    that      he      himself     had<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            informed about the death.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        Considering           the       facts         and<\/p>\n<p>            circumstances of the case, the above named<\/p>\n<p>            petitioner is directed to be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>            on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>            thousand)   with      two    sureties      of   the      like<\/p>\n<p>            amount    each   to    the      satisfaction        of   the<\/p>\n<p>            learned     Chief      Judicial         Magistrate\/court<\/p>\n<p>            concerned, Banka in connection with Katoria<\/p>\n<p>            (Suiya) P.S.
