THE TREASURY OFFICER, NALANDA AT BIHAR\n                       SHARIF..................................RESPONDENTS.\n\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>05\/   07.03.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners in all the<\/p>\n<p>                   aforesaid cases as well as learned counsel for the State of Bihar<\/p>\n<p>                   and its authorities, who are respondents in all the aforesaid cases.<\/p>\n<p>                                  All these writ petitions have been filed challenging<\/p>\n<p>                   order dated 23.02.2010 by which Collector, Nalanda treated the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         licence of petitioners for &#8216;Stamp Vendor&#8217; as ineffective due to<\/p>\n<p>         non-payment of renewal fee in time and for other ancillary<\/p>\n<p>         reliefs.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Today a supplementary affidavit has been filed on<\/p>\n<p>         behalf of the petitioners stating that seeing the minimal<\/p>\n<p>         infirmities on the parts of petitioners, the competent authorities<\/p>\n<p>         have accepted the renewal fee of the petitioners for the year<\/p>\n<p>         2010-11 within the prescribed period and in this view of the<\/p>\n<p>         matter they have accepted the renewal of licence of petitioners<\/p>\n<p>         for the year 2010-11 as valid and hence the impugned order has<\/p>\n<p>         lost its force.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, all these<\/p>\n<p>         writ petitions have become infructuous and are accordingly<\/p>\n<p>         disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Harish                                      (S.N.
