                   petitioner as well as learned counsel for<\/p>\n
                   the respondents.\n<\/p>\n
                            Petitioner       has     filed       this    writ<\/p>\n
                   application        with    a     direction       to    the<\/p>\n
                   respondent-University for payment of arrears<\/p>\n
                   of salary and other allowances along with<\/p>\n
                   interest.\n<\/p>\n
                            Learned    counsel      for    the   petitioner<\/p>\n
                   submits that claims of the petitioner have<\/p>\n
                   been audited by the auditors of the State<\/p>\n
                   Government posted in the University now.<\/p>\n
                            In that view of the matter, the writ<\/p>\n
                   application is disposed of with a direction<\/p>\n
                   to    the   authorities     of    the     University    to
\n                    2<\/span><\/p>\n
     release the amount of admitted dues of the<\/p>\n
     petitioner,   if    audited    and     found   correct,<\/p>\n
     within a period of two months from the date<\/p>\n
     of   receipt\/production       of   a   copy    of   this<\/p>\n
     order.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
