H  Siddappa Higher Primary School,<\/p>\n
Anekohda” in Davanagere Taluk 8: District, an aided<\/p>\n
 iinstitution was appointed during the academic year<\/p>\n
M<\/p>\n
1991-92, whence the institution having recommended<\/p>\n
the appointment for approval and admission vto’..:grant–<\/p>\n
in~aid, the Department of Education  <\/p>\n
2\/ 7\/ 1991, approved the appointment  <\/p>\n
imposed, amongst others,   ti’iat__ ‘the<\/p>\n
petitioner must completelier te’achcr~trainingpppcourse’<\/p>\n
within 2 years. It is assert_ed_-  similarly

 ppa.1:.itio’nrer- ipthattttheiapproval of the appointment of her<\/p>\n
   Department of Education was not with<\/p>\n
the con=d_it’ion of having to complete a teachers training<\/p>\n
 xcpourisetwithin 2 years and hence the petitioner was<\/p>\n
it  iscriminated, in Violation of Art.i4 of the Constitution<\/p>\n

of India. it is further alleged that though her employer
\nsubmitted proposals and recommendations for<\/p>\n
admission of salary grant to the petitioner onrparwith<\/p>\n
other similarly placed teachers, the <\/p>\n

 llrvdifferent schools, were admitted to salary grant. It is<\/p>\n
also. untrained teachers, in different managements in<\/p>\n

a proposai only on 2\/9\/2005 to admit the petitioner to<\/p>\n
salary grant, by which time the Karnataka”Ed_1i.cai:_ion_<\/p>\n

salary, increments and benefits for pension only.<\/p>\n
