Mr.K.Balasubramanian\n\t              Additional Government Pleader\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also<br \/>\nMr.K.Balasubramanian, learned              Additional Government Pleader, who<br \/>\ntook notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.  No notice to the fourth<br \/>\nrespondent is necessary, in view of the order, which is going to be passed, here<br \/>\nunder.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. The grievance of the petitioner as aired by the learned counsel for the<br \/>\npetitioner placing reliance on the averments in the affidavit accompanying the<br \/>\nwrit petition, is to the effect the petitioner submitted representations to the<br \/>\nsecond respondent, viz., the District Collector, Sivagangai District for taking<br \/>\naction as against the fourth respondent for his alleged mismanagement, even then<br \/>\nthere is no response.  Hence, this writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. Hence, in these circumstances, the following direction is issued:<br \/>\n\tThe second respondent, viz., the District Collector, Sivagangai District<br \/>\nshall do well to see that he is considering the representations of the<br \/>\npetitioner dated 22.09.2008 and 03.11.2008 on merits after giving due<br \/>\nopportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as to the fourth<br \/>\nrespondent, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of<br \/>\nthis order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
