Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :04\/04\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                 S.SIRI JAGAN, J\n\n                 -----------------------------------------\n\n                       W.P.(C)NO.7183  of 2007\n\n                 -----------------------------------------\n\n\n                 Dated this the  4th day  of  April,  2007\n\n\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner challenges cancellation of his scribe&#8217;s license<\/p>\n<p>although   a   vigilance   case   and   investigation   thereon   has   not<\/p>\n<p>revealed anything against him.   In the above circumstances, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   has   filed   Ext.P10   representation   before   the   first<\/p>\n<p>respondent   and   the   petitioner   seeks   a   direction   to   the   first<\/p>\n<p>respondent   to   consider   and   pass   appropriate   orders   on   Ext.P10<\/p>\n<p>representation filed by the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I   have   heard   the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   as<\/p>\n<p>also the learned Government Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a<\/p>\n<p>direction  to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate<\/p>\n<p>orders   on   Ext.P10,   as   expeditiously   as   possible,   at   any   rate,<\/p>\n<p>within   two   months   from   the   date   of   receipt   of   a   copy   of   this<\/p>\n<p>judgment   after   affording   an   opportunity   of   being   heard   to   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.
