SIRI JAGAN, J.\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                  W.P.(C)No. 35377 of 2009\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n          Dated this the 13th day of December, 2010\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is an Anganwady Worker who was<\/p>\n<p>provisionally working as such for the past 11 years. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner submits that, the right of such persons for regular<\/p>\n<p>appointment has been recognised by Ext.P3 judgment.<\/p>\n<p>Pursuant thereto the respondents have prepared a seniority<\/p>\n<p>list of persons to be regularised in service. The petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>rank No.5 in that list. According to the petitioner, persons<\/p>\n<p>up to rank No.4 in the seniority list have already been given<\/p>\n<p>regular    appointment.            The       petitioner       also   seeks<\/p>\n<p>regularisation accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The only contention of the learned Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>is that the petitioner could not be given regular<\/p>\n<p>appointment only because of want of vacancies. He further<\/p>\n<p>submits that, the petitioner would be accommodated as a<\/p>\n<p>regular hand in the next arising vacancy. This is recorded<\/p>\n<p>and the writ petition is closed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                            S.
