\npetitioner was not given sufficient opportunity to show

petitioner–llco_ntracltorVis vrliiable to supply food as per the<\/p>\n
  gfuidelin.r:.S.._.of the department\/ State Government<\/p>\n
 tender conditions. Therefore, show cause<\/p>\n
notiecle was issued to the petitioner as per Annexure–B, but<\/p>\n
 lxhe has~~nO;t shown cause, and therefore, the contract given<\/p>\n
 petitioner was cancelled. It is also contended that<\/p>\n
 petitioner has locked the mess room and with the<\/p>\n
it<\/p>\n
