Details of appraisement of interest of `\u00a0    The interest amount on total PF Amount from February, 99\n<\/pre>\n<p>    5021 and ` 2076.                            to March, 2006 was ` 5021.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. Name of the person who had been paid      Payment of interest amount of `. 5021 (` 2076 Employee&#8217;s<br \/>\n    the appraised amount along with details<br \/>\n                                             share + ` 2945 Employer&#8217;s share) was made to Exe.<br \/>\n    of cheque, amount and date.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                             Engineer, Electric Supply, Part-II vide cheque no. 616055<br \/>\n                                             dated 21\/09\/2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.   If the amount had not been appraised The process of payment of PF amount was done on the<br \/>\n     then name of the person responsible for basis of EPF Misc. Act 1852.<br \/>\n     the loss to the Appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.   Details of interest amount which was The total amount from the employee and the employer&#8217;s<br \/>\n     calculated on the balance amount of PF share in the year 98-99 was `44763 on which `2686 was<br \/>\n     A\/c No. 3286\/428\/SRO\/Lucknow.           given as interest for Feb&#8217;98 to July&#8217;98. According to the<br \/>\n                                             rule the interest was given per year and the interest amount<br \/>\n                                             was given ` 5021 till March &#8217;06 which had been paid.\n<\/p>\n<p>5. The Appellant<br \/>\nhas a grievance that he has not been paid the required interest which should have been paid to him.
