No.29837 of 2011\n                                      Shri Ram Yadav\n                                            Versus\n                                    The State Of Bihar\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.    19.09.2011               Heard learned counsel for petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                   learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State.<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner is in jail custody since 09.03.2011 in a<\/p>\n<p>                   case registered under Sections 121(A)\/122\/124(A)\/34 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   I.P.C. and U\/S-25 (1-b) A\/26\/35 of the Arms Act and also<\/p>\n<p>                   Section-10\/13 of the U.P.A. Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with<\/p>\n<p>                   the some other accused persons were caught in a Bolero Jeep<\/p>\n<p>                   from which some pamphlets were recovered the side from<\/p>\n<p>                   driving seat of dikki and firearms and ammunitions were<\/p>\n<p>                   recovered from possession of other accused persons. So far as<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner is concerned, it is alleged in seizure-list that only<\/p>\n<p>                   one mobile was recovered from him.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as<\/p>\n<p>                   well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, namely,<\/p>\n<p>                   Shri Ram Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of<\/p>\n<p>                   Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of like<\/p>\n<p>                   amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Bhagalpur in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Sultanganj P.S.
